I purchased 2 memberships at one time, intending to give one to my daughter. How do I go about doing that?
Did you use 2 different emails? If not, you simply purchased one membership that will last for two years instead of one.
This happened to me yesterday, don’t worry! Just select ‘‘Support’’ from the bottom of the site and contact ground(ctrl). I told them about my problem and they asked me about my brothers name, display name, e-mail + DOB. That’s it!
