Haven't received tickets for show in Carson

I purchased my tickets for the show in Carson, CA months ago. It said that they would ship on 8/4 but now the show is in one week and I still haven’t received my tickets! What do I do if I don’t receive them in time?

I had the same problem in Edmonton, Canada. I called the ticket provider, Ground Control, and they put me on a list so that I can pick up my tickets from the box office at the show. Logon to LPunderground, go to “Manage Account” and then look on the left for “Orders”. Note your order number and then call Ground Control support. Look here: http://support.groundctrl.com/ and give them a call, but have your order number before you call.

same here. mine just shipped on 8/27. said they would ship on 8/4 not sure why the delay…

I had the same issue for the Sept 4th show - called ground ctrl, they answered immediately and put me on the will call list to p/u at the venue. :slight_smile:
