Multi Poll Help

#1

Please someone help me with this link
And help me understand the multi poll process because the poll link isn’t very helpful

#2

Try asking @TripleXero He shared a link in another thread but I can’t remember which it was. Also, I had it bookmarked but my bookmarks got wiped when I reset my computer the other day.

#3

So @TripleXero
Could you help me out

#4

that´s what my clue would be: Jordan ( ot lol :relaxed:, my pleasure thing for today: I l… t. wr… y… n…) alias @triplXero

ot 2 @triplXero you noticed, Lorenzo re-tweeted you, with full name acc., …

#5

It’s on here I believe. I’m on my phone and a bit busy so I can’t read through it all: Linkin Park & LP Underground Forum Help, Updated

And yeah I saw he retweeted, that was cool of him

#6

Yeah, he retweeteted some, the first ones getting their bundle, I think…:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Was this helpful? (minimum of one choice, maximum of two):
[**(This is where you define the max and min number of votes that a user can have)**poll type=multiple min=1 max=2 name=multiple]

Remove the bold part highlighted in the above text and you should get something like this:

Was this helpful? (minimum of one choice, maximum of two):

0 voters

#8

I want to hold multiple polls in the same post
I gave each one a name
But it didnt work so i want someone to explain how i do it

#9

Can you explain the concept you are trying to incorporate?

If you are trying to post something like BOTS: HT, followed by BOTS:M, and then BOTS:MTM etc in a single post, create a poll for HT first, close it the poll using [/poll], then restart another poll in the next line. Make sure you “name” the poll differently. That should look something like this:

Question1? (minimum of one choice, maximum of two):

  • Option 1
  • Option 2
  • Option 3

0 voters

Question2? (minimum of one choice, maximum of two):

  • Option 1
  • Option 2
  • Option 3

0 voters

If this is not what you are looking for, please help me understand what you have in mind.

#10

Post what you tried to post with the preformatted text option

[Poll Name = Match1]

  • Pushing Me Away
  • Runaway
    [/Poll]

[Poll Name = Match2]

  • Papercut
  • One Step Closer
    [/Poll]

[Poll Name = Match3]

  • Forgotten
  • Crawling
    [/Poll]

[Poll Name = Match4]

  • In The End
  • Place For My Head
    [/Poll]

[Poll Name = Match5]

  • A Cure For The Itch
  • By Myself
    [/Poll]

[Poll Name = Match6]

  • With You
  • Points of Authority
    [/Poll]

Please note ive tried it with spaces between the poll name = match number
And without spaces

#12

Did you capitalize everything in the actual post? That might be what did it

#13

What you mean?

When I do a normal poll i use cap P in poll opening and close and works fine

#14

All I did was remove the the capitals and spaces around the name of the poll

#15

Yes
Like that

#17

You mean

  • it worked
  • yes it worked

0 voters

  • dang it worked
  • yay it worked

0 voters

#18

Ignore my messed up posts I’m on my phone and it’s not cooperating. I thought I was posting a new post and it edited the other and I posted it twice because of it. Glad it’s working now

#19

I voted for “yay it worked”
My notifications were not working for this topic. Nice to see that the issue is resolved now. Hope you have a good BOTS.
