It has been two months since I placed my order.But it still shows that the order is not shipped yet.And I emailed Fullscreen Direct at least 10 times.But the problem still can’t get resolved.I am anxious and worried.Is there any way to contact LPU crew to help me?Thanks.

Hey, when I had a problem with my order I asked fullscreen team, and they always responded me and they solved the problem! I paid my order December 1st and the shipment was December 21st… I’m from Argentina and the order arrived january 3rd here… so the delay is kind of normal…
