My LPU Membership is not working

Hello guys!!!
Ive tried to contact the support by email, and nothing!
I paid the membership and bundle.
My category here at LPU still remains as “Legacy member” and “linkin park account”… not LPU member.

I don’t know what else to do!
I wanna try to finally win the Meet and Greet for Maximus Brazil.

I’m a member since 2010 and never got the opportunity.

Can anyone help me out?

Have you redeemed your code? If so, just contact HQ, they’ll fix it asap.

They only send me the receipt in February
Not a code.

When did you send it? I’d imagine it’s a bit slow with all the news on presales, touring and etc.
