Hello,I ordered the deluxed Welcome vinyl at the store and made the payment by my visa card,but as my billing address is in a foreign language so I had to translate it into English,now my money was charged but the status is stuck in ’ payment review’ for almost a week,I tried to contact the staff member by email but with no reply,what should I do now and who should I contact?
I ordered some FM merch a few months ago and had the same issue. They emailed me immidiatetly though and the problem was solved, it was something at their end…
As for your name, you should write down as it is written in your passport/id (in english)… did you contact LPUHQ or the store’s support? They reply pretty fast tbh, within hours.
