Paper About Linkin Park's Living Things

For my English class, I am writing a persuasive paper about Living Things and how it provides consolation for a broken heart. I picked Living Things over everything else because of the Linkin Park fan that I am, and because it has a more personal feel to it than anything else that I could think of. But I am kind of stuck with writing about the songs. I was wondering if anyone could explain to me how exactly the songs on Living Things relate to a broken heart. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In “ROADS UNTRAVELED,” Chester says he’ll be your friend.

Lost in the Echo is mainly about having the strength to finally move on. Or least, that’s the conclusion I made from it.

Powerless about watching a relationship with someone you love crumble before your eyes and there is nothing you can do to stop it… That’s definitely heartbreak.

Castle Of Glass is about how you recover from a heartbreak. Like you’re only just a small part of it, and you should learn to let go. Be free.
