Is it just me or did anyone else’s pre-order bundle of Living Things get cancelled?

where i live isn’t the problem. i had money when i per order it, and it keeps taking it out and returning it and now they took it out again plus 17 dollars. what was 17 dollars?

My pre-order status is “Complete”, don’t know what that means but it isn’t cancelled .
How did you pay for it ? (not that it matters ) , otherwise you should probably contact Warner.

All i noticed on Warners site when i placed my order is that it was available at the time but now it’s “Out of Stock”. So maybe that has something to do with it ?

Mine got canceled too and I didn’t get an email. I found out because I know a few people whose order got canceled so I checked my bank statements and the money was back in and I was only charged $1.29 for the BURN IT DOWN download.

Now my turn. Damn Warner, because just when there was little for 26 they send me this notice of cancellation of my order.

Same happened to me, except I didn’t get my money back, I have the bank checking what’s the problem, I thought it was my credit card but some of my friends had the same problem and not all have the same card than me. Normally when your purchase can’t be completed you get notified right away and the money isn’t taken from your account. Seems like warner has a crappy system. This needs to be fixed.

Same Problem. And the worst, After to buy the CD I recieved an e-mail where there say: "please contact our customer service department by sending an e-mail to LinkinPark@b3custserv.com"
but I haven’t recieved any response at this time

I sent them an e-mail there and I got a response quickly, they told me they couldn’t complete the payment process, then I asked where’s my money then… and of course they didn’t answer me back.
