I purchased tickets for the Houston show when they were pre-sale for the LPU members - does anyone know what the process is for receiving the tickets? I thought they would be mailed to me but it’s been quite a while now and I’ve yet to receive anything.

I have pre-ordered tickets for that show too. On the receipt you received via email it will show est. ship date of the tickets. I haven’t gotten mine either. Check it out & let me know if you need any other help!
Haven’t gotten mine either. The ship date for my Houston tickets is 8/14 which is exactly two weeks before the show.
Also: what/how does the early entrance thing work? Any ideas?
