Remixed Songs for Pre-orders

I have a question and don’t know if anyone can help me but I’d figure I’d give it a try. I pre-orderded Living Things so I’d get the remixes of the songs as they came out. Here is my problem: I can no longer access the email account I bought the CD with. Does anyone have any idea how I could go about getting the remixed songs? Is there anyone I can contact? I’ve been a die hard LP fan since the beginning. Help! (If you can…)

You need to contact ground(ctrl)@gmail.com i think thats their email.

You actually have to contact Warner Customer Service not ground (ctrl) as Warner is the one who handled the pre-orders. I had a problem with the pre-order remixes as I did not receive the code when it was released. I then contacted Warner and they resolved it for me. Here is the email I contacted: wbr@b3custserv.com

They responded to me within minutes so they should respond to you quickly!
