Shipment of Concert Tickets

I placed a preorder for the concert in NJ back on the 23rd of April but haven’t gotten anything shipped to me yet. I figured they would ship after they became open to the general public, but it’s long after that. Any word on when tickets will be shipped (I live in NJ btw). I was charged for the tickets, I definitely really want to go.

WE GET OUR PRESALE TICKETS IN THE MAIL ONE WEEK BEFORE THE CONCERT

They’ll mostly ship out two weeks before your concert.

Like mine is August 19th, but the order says for ship date: August 6th, 2012.

So Just give it some time. If you don’t get them a few days before your show then call up Groundctrl and the venue you’re going to be going to.

I wouldn’t worry. 8)
