Where is my lpu pass?

I bought the LPU 13 CD together with the pass and the digital subscription. Today the packet arrived, but there was the CD and the LPU 8 earbuds which I haven’t bought and the pass was’nt included!
… but I like them anyway :smiley:

Does someone know why this happened or if the pass is shipped seperaly?

i say wait for a few weeks, if it doesn’t arrive then contact Ground and hopethey can solve your problem. good luck :slight_smile:
