Wife unable to access members sections

hello,

my wife recently registered on the LPU, i did all the registering and setting up on her behalf.

every time i logon with her account it says “welcome back!” like it should but cannot access anything! askes me to logon again, and just does the same thing over and over.

i can access her account details and see order history etc but anything more i cant do

i have most certainly been charged for it so i see no reason why the account has no access.

the amazing customer services have not replied to my request for help so was hoping someone here could help!

Does her account when logged in on http://lpunderground.com/account say anything under Subscriptions?

Hi (name?). Does really nothing works, or just some features? Because some stuff works just for full members. But the forum for example should work for her.

“Some features of the website are still for full LPU members only, including the chat, LPU-TV episodes, and meet & greet RSVPs. You must join to access these features.”

It sounds like the membership was bought, but not added to the account, and you basically have an account without the membership. There’s likely no way around this unless you wait for support. nope still the same, tried to do the trial thing but having some issues with that too! will give it another shot

I’d go ahead and shoot ground(ctrl) a support ticket if I were you. Explain there seems to be an issue with your account you bought for your wife. http://support.groundctrl.com/ . Something might have glitched when the creation of the account was taking place. Sorry for your inconvenience.

Our support isn’t open on weekends, which is why you hadn’t heard anything. If you’re still experiencing this issue, please message me directly with her order number and i’ll take a look.

I insist on not opening a ticket for this issue, because I already did a couple of days ago. Opening a new one will just slow down the process of fixing this problem alltogether.

If you know someone with this problem just tell them to send tweet to ground(ctrl) (via twitter)

They’ll tell you to DirectMessage your order number
You are most likey able to access the “Manage”-Section of said account.
You will find the order number via: Dashboard->Manage Account->Orders
The number will consist of 19 digits and be alphanumeric (XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXX),
It’ll be the first number in the line of your latest LPU purchase

ground(ctrl) will do some magic to your account, after that you just need to clear chache&cookies and everything will just work perfectly fine.

(I just posted what happened to me, as I had the same issue, if this is not, what ground(ctrl) wants just delete the post kthxbye)
