my wife recently registered on the LPU, i did all the registering and setting up on her behalf.
every time i logon with her account it says “welcome back!” like it should but cannot access anything! askes me to logon again, and just does the same thing over and over.
i can access her account details and see order history etc but anything more i cant do
i have most certainly been charged for it so i see no reason why the account has no access.
the amazing customer services have not replied to my request for help so was hoping someone here could help!
